Premise of Site

The premise of Coda reiterates the mundane tedium of other post-apocalyptic human roleplays, whether it be the maturity exhibited by the members or the moderate to advanced RP; members aren’t only expected, but required to produce artfully written paragraphs (preferably more than 5 measly sentences) and express originality and creativity in their work. Characters are to avoid the universal archetypes and to resist whatever urge possesses the mind into believing their individual is omnipotent, there will be no nonsense behavior of superiority above one another on this website.

The Legend
A bioterrorist assault that was conducted on United States has liberated an omnicidal plague that achieved globalization within weeks, transforming human hosts into cannibalistic monsters dubbed the Infected and reigning waves of destruction upon humanity to the degree of mass extinction. Several years dragged passed in the rapid deterioration of mankind and remnant societies formed into many separate factions; alliances were formed and enemies were made.

Nocturnal, inhuman predators and the Infected alike increase in strength and hostility, the hunter becomes the prey during the dark hours when the chances of death is hoisted to perilous degrees. You meander an urban environment that was devastated by the plague, ravaging for supplies and crafting weapons that will aid you in your survival and in the defeat of the mindless, flesh-hungry hordes. You are obliged to utilize all your skills and any available means to endure till dawn. Will you survive the night?
